Our Telephone line at St Luke’s Medical Centre is DOWN from 04/02/2020. BT Engineers are working on it to fix the problem.
Patient who may need an ” EMERGENCY” or ”ON THE DAY” Appointment, please come in to the SURGERY to book one until the PHONE LINE is FIXED.
You may also call 111 who will assess your needs and sign post you to the right services.

Extended Hours Service
This is a new service we are providing through our PCN. Patients can book a Doctors or Nurses appointment during the weekend, they can call their GP practice from Monday – Friday 8.00-18.30pm and book appointments for the weekend. On Saturdays the clinics are held in Star Lane Medical Centre between 9am-14.00pm and Sundays at Custom House Surgery between 9am-13.00pm.
