When you register as a new patient you will be offered a health check which involves a brief examination and answering questions on family history, health and lifestyle. This service is offered to new patients over the Age of 5 years. It is very important that you attend your appointment and you must inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so that a new appointment can be made for you.
