Patients are to be seen by appointments & Walk-In. Our aim is for you to be seen by a doctor within 48 hours to meet NHS guidelines. Appointments are to be pre-booked an can be made up to 1 month in advance. The practice runs Walk-In clinic on Monday mornings only (first come first basis)

We also aim to see you within 30minutes of your appointment time. However, delays can happen, for example a doctor may be called out of surgery to attend an emergency visit. If this should happen we will endeavour to give an explanation and offer you an alternative appointment if you choose not to wait.

Appointment s are normally for 10 minutes but some patients unpredictably need more time with the doctor. If delay should occur, we would appreciate your patience and under-standing.

Note: As a result of frequent late attendanc-es, it has been decided that if you are late by more than 10 minutes and you have not in-formed our receptionist prior to attending, we would request you to rebook your appoint-ment.

Children under the age of 16 years will only be seen at the discretion at the doctor and may be asked to bring a parent or guardian with them.
